Community gardening awards 2025

We would like to celebrate and recognise our tenants and leaseholders who take pride in their green spaces and so will be continuing our annual gardening competition this Summer.

Whether you have a garden, a selection of hanging baskets, vegetable patch or indoor plants – any Elim customer can enter!

For each category there will be one winner, who will receive £30 in National Gardening gift vouchers.

Best In Bloom Award 

Aimed at those who have an outdoor space, including support scheme communal gardens, this award is for the customer or scheme whose garden stands out for its exceptional beauty and colourful planting and has cultivated a garden that displays the very best of nature.

Winner to receive a £30 gift voucher.

Creative Space Award 

Awarded to customers who have innovatively utilised small indoor or outdoor spaces.

This category showcases blossoming plants in containers, balconies, window boxes or indoor houseplants, offering something a little different that maximises space and beauty.

If you are an Elim resident and would like to enter for a chance to win some fantastic prizes, please submit 3 images of your garden to communications@elimhousing.co.uk.

You can enter your own garden or that of a neighbour. If you are entering your neighbours garden you must confirm that you have their permission to submit a photograph of their garden.

Closing date for entries is August 3rd 2025 and winners will be notified shortly after.
