We were sorry to hear of the passing of Stuart Palmer. A dedicated housing professional and long standing Elim board member, Stuart was a former chair of the CIH South West group, and a familiar face in housing circles across the South West of England. Stuart’s career was mainly in local authority, including overseeing the stock transfers in North Somerset and Plymouth.
